Before contacting us

Include the device model, Android version, BubbleLevel version and a description of the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, tokens, full payment details or other credentials.

Unstable measurements

Keep the phone still, check calibration and test on a stable surface. Some devices have lower-quality sensors or may not include a gyroscope.

Purchases and restoration

Purchases are made through Google Play. Use the same Google account used for the purchase and the restore function available in the app when needed.
